Direction:

Apply M.D. Forte Facial Cream Level II sparingly once or twice daily.

Warning:

For external use only, avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, was product off, discontinue use and consult a physician. Use an SPF 15 or great sunscreen to prevent any increase in sun sensitivity.
